Born from a Passion for Purposeful Design
Nine Design & Build was founded with a single conviction: that exceptional design should not be a luxury reserved for a few — it should be accessible to anyone with the vision and ambition to create something truly meaningful.
We began as a small architectural studio in Hyderabad in 2016, driven by the belief that the built environment profoundly shapes human experience. Over eight years, we have grown into a multidisciplinary studio offering architecture, interior design, landscape, and end-to-end construction — all under one roof.
The name "Nine" reflects our core philosophy: nine is the number of completion and excellence in many traditions. It represents our commitment to seeing every project through to its fullest, most complete expression — never settling, always refining.
Today, with 120+ completed projects and a team of over 30 specialist designers, architects, and project managers, we continue to pursue the same simple goal: to create spaces that genuinely inspire the people who inhabit them.
