Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Nine Design & Build website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
Services
Nine Design & Build provides architectural design, interior design, landscape design, 3D visualization, turnkey construction, and renovation services. All services are subject to a separate written agreement.
Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, renders, and creative work produced by Nine Design & Build remain the intellectual property of Nine Design & Build until full payment is received, after which ownership transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Nine Design & Build shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the scope of the signed project agreement.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
