About This Project

Ivory Villa was a complete structural and aesthetic transformation of an aging 1990s residential property. The original floor plan was reorganised to create a more generous open-plan ground floor, while retaining the existing masonry structure. Every surface, fixture, and fitting was replaced — the result is a home that reads as entirely new while honouring the generous proportions and mature garden of the original.
