About This Project
Slate is a 40-cover fine dining restaurant designed for intimacy and theatre. The interior draws on the language of a private cellar — exposed stone walls, dark stained timber, blackened steel, and warm amber lighting create an atmosphere that is both dramatic and welcoming. The open kitchen concept was carefully integrated to allow diners to observe the culinary performance without disrupting the atmosphere.
